We called Innovative Basement Authority to come and give us a quote for repairing some concerns we were having with our foundation. Jan Kottke came to our home and conducted a very thorough inspection of our foundation. He explained to us that the areas that we had concerns over were not a significant threat to the integrity of our home and that we did not need any repairs at this time. Jan then took the time to educate me as to what I should watch for to maintain our foundation and know when to call them back should the need arise. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their home or even concerned about possible issues they may have. They will address your issues and give you honest answers.

Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.

Just had our yearly inspection of the work that was done several years back. Everything checked out great. We used to have water in the basement many times every year, but it has been completely dry since they installed the system. Dave Anderson checked it all out and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues that older homes like ours often have.

The Forman on site, Chad, consistenly checked with me on the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. Brandon C. and James W. were great. They verified what the plan was before starting anything and allowed any last minute questions before doing anything. The process was smooth. Had a great outcome on the finished product. Ty did an amazing job of identifying the issues and addressing them in a professional manner. He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.
