I would highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority. They did an excellent job encapsulating a crawl space in my home. First, my estimate appointment with Chris was thorough and smooth. Chris answered all of my questions and explained everything his team would do during install. Then, Marcus, Logan and Goody did a wonderful job with install. They were on time and efficient, friendly and very respectful of my home. I would definitely work with them again!

On time, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, they kept me informed from start to finish! The three of them have a terrific camaraderie, and work well together. I enjoyed working with Patrick and then Isaiah McKeonn and Chris Popovich. They did great work. The concreate was leveled so precisely that I can now role over the transition from the driveway to the garage with my manual wheelchair which I could not do before. I will be contacting IBA again to fix our sidewalk which needs expert leveling next year. Thanks, IBA.

I had Isaiah S, Matt, Jared and Josh come over and do a basement waterproofing project – they were helpful, detailed, explanatory, and prompt! They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

The installers Isaiah McKeown and Chris Popouich, called us the day before and the day of the installation to let us know their arrival time. We walked through the project site and reviewed the contract. They answered all questions we had. As they installed the product, they were very careful and protect our property. After the completion of the project, they cleaned up and walked us through the project site. Both Isaiah and Chris were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company and this crew to anyone. Thanks again for the outstanding job.

I had a problem with water coming into my basement over a half sill wall, Dave Anderson came and diagnosed the problem. Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and did the job efficiently, neatly with proper clean up. Thanks and 5 stars for all.

I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. They were very considerate of walking through every step, the risks, and the warnings with completing this job. I appreciated their customer centric approach.Foam – Basement – Mark and Andrew were great as well with the basement foam insulation. They too walked me through the expectations of the job and it was a very smooth process.I'm sure I have missed some people who are part of the process. I can tell this Company works as a team which is appreciated. I'm grateful to you all.I feel my house is in great shape to last the next 80+ years.
