Bryce Jacovetti came out to our house today to inspect and assess an area of block wall that was a concern to us. He checked our garage floor and walls, walked the outside foundation, checked the inside lower level and main floors. He then set up a laser level and checked the main floor for level. It was all level to 1/4 “. Then Bryce took his laser to the wall that had the area of concern and checked that for plumb. That too was within 1/4 “. Bryce then gave his assessment and told me there was no cause for concern and did not meet a grade 1, lowest level of foundation movement. What a relief! My wife had a sleepless night or two, worrying about this. I can’t thank Bryce enough for coming out and Groundworks for being a great company! Would 100% recommend!

I had Isaiah S, Matt, Jared and Josh come over and do a basement waterproofing project – they were helpful, detailed, explanatory, and prompt! They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

My garage apron was in need of repair. IBA did a fantastic raising job. Grant C and Mark F worked together very well to achieve a professional result. They were very personable, listened to my concerns and followed thru. I recommend IBA to anyone needing concrete lifting. Their product is superior to concrete filler and cures much faster. They did a good job on cleanup also.

Taking on a big project like I had was nerve-racking to think about, but you all put me at ease. Would 100% recommend this company for the services they provide. The salesman, Kendall, worked with me directly and honestly. He was very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process prior to the work being done. The Forman on site, Chad, consistenly checked with me on the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. He even worked extra when they were not getting the answers they needed to sign off the final paperwork.

Chad and Drinor did a great job on my north basement wall. They waterproofed it by adding a interior drainage gutter, sump pump and sheeting. They also used beams that connect with rods to plates in the yard to support and straighten the cinder block wall. When finished they cleaned everything up and walked me through to explain everything they did. Thanks guys

If you’re on the fence about who to hire, this is your sign- these are the pros! My partner and I had our crawlspace encapsulated and our foundation corrected. The crew sent out to us were above amazing! Casey Bratholt gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was friendly and so very helpful with answering all our questions and getting back to us when we called. The team of three that came out were awesome! They went above and beyond with our service. (They even helped us level out our deck steps with some of the 2×4 we had from our crawlspace!) Leonard Starks, Anthony Heryla, and Michael Dean were amicable, informative, and hard working! They made sure the job got done right! The encapsulation looks clean, and it is easier to move around in! We already notice a difference with our floors and heating throughout the house. These men were so great to have, and we really appreciate all they have done!! If we could give a sixth star for Leonard, Anthony, and Mike’s service, we would! Give these men a raise for their hard work and dedication!
