My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!

Robert Palmer, our project consultant, was very personable and professional. He explained our options and shared the technical details for a lasting repair alternative to complete floor replacement. He respected our decision to collect bids from other contractors before committing to any contractors’ proposal. We really liked that the repairs were within our budget and come with a five year warranty that’s extendible in five year increments and is transferrable to the next home owner.

Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

Austin and Dakota did a great job with my project. It was scheduled as a 2 day project and they were done in a day and a half. Spent their time cleaning up and mopping, and took care to cover anything they could in plastic to keep dust off everything. This was my second wall to get fixed up by Groundworks and will definitely schedule again when it's time to get the other two walls done

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.

From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier.
