I had 2 great teams come today to secure a block wall and raise a sidewalk. Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. These 4 individuals did good work and represented your company very well. We also appreciate Patrick, the sales rep. He was very through and explained how the solve our problems. Brian,Sonny, and Paul were always on time and kept us informed about the process as they worked. They pointed out several plumbing leaks that we were unaware of. They were friendly and courteous, a great team. They cleaned up every day before leaving and left phone numbers if we had additional questions later. They also texted numerous pictures of their progress.

Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.

My partner and I just purchased our first home and noted some concerns in the basement. Water intrusion, and a rotted out beam. We had another company come out and give us a bid but it felt like a sales pitch the entire time and didn’t actually provide us with the insight we needed to make an informed decision about our basement and how to proceed. Groundworks was the complete opposite! Our inspector Logan J. was phenomenal – he is so knowledgeable about structural issues and pointed out major red flags that the other company completely skipped over AND our home inspector prior to our purchase didn’t find. We are so incredibly thankful he came out and provided us with the understanding of how structural systems work and very clear ways we can remedy the situation. Because of Logan J., we have a clear plan and we know our home will be in great hands! 🙌

Well, this is the second time I’ve had groundwork’s come do a project, the first time, they waterproofed part of my basement, this time they finished it. I will let the past be the past, there is no sense in bringing up old dirt but I will tell you I was very skeptical about calling them again. I almost went with a whole new company to come in and just see what they could do so I didn’t have to deal with them again. This time around was so easy and so quick, the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and so kind. When John my sales tech came out, I think he was here for around 4 hours! While I drilled him with questions, he was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I would recommend groundwork’s to anyone looking to waterproof their basement!

I had some bowing and cracking in my cinder block basement wall and Groundworks mitigated the issue by adding vertical bracing to the affected wall. I also had water leaking in which was caused mold issues so they also installed a new drainage system in the basement and sealed the walls to prevent water coming in. This treatment provided stability to prevent further movement. The braces were also adjustable to allow for further corrections which were included in the original work. Today, Michael Bowers came out to provide that follow up annual inspection and maintenance. He thoroughly tested the new drainage system they installed and took measurements to baseline whether the walls were stable. Michael explained everything to me and noted some other areas we should keep an eye on without trying to upsell me which I appreciated. He was friendly and thorough. I would recommend using Groundworks and give Michael a high review rating.

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.
