Ramon was very professional and would listen to what I had to say. His team of Corey O. and Michael D. Were very hard working and so polite throughout there time hear. They worked well together and are a great group to work with. Their clean up was very good. Nothing let behind. When they left it looked like they were never here, except for the great job they did in our basement.

Big shout out to Michael Bowers for providing excellent customer service and professionalism. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed

We had Bryce Jacovetti out to our house as our inspector and would highly recommend using Innovative Basement and Bryce. He came out and did the most thorough job of anyone we called. I have not met someone as knowledgeable as Bryce in a long time. Strongly suggest calling Innovative and if you have structural problems no one will be able to figure it out like Bryce can!

They showed up on time, completed the project on schedule, and did a great job of cleaning up. The final project exceeded my expectations. Anthony, Daniel, and Abdul – Innovative Basement Authority (Groundworks) were very easy to work with and completed the job a full day earlier than expected. The work itself appears to have been done well. One concern was dust control. We had planned to remove items in adjacent rooms; however we were told it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, there was more dust than expected. Overall, good work, but better dust containment would improve the experience.
