David was very informative and knowledgeable about the concrete issue I had with my garage floor. I had no idea about the consequences of not fixing it before it got worse. Jacob Kinsella Just completed my annual check on my sump pump and discharge system that was installed by groundwork’s. I cannot say enough, good about how thorough and professional he conducts The inspection. He gave me information straightforward and was more than willing to follow up with any concerns I might have. He even made certain I was able to contact him if I had any concerns. In a time it is challenging to find trustworthy and professional staff, Jacob’s reliability and trustworthiness was greatly appreciated. He has completed this inspection for the last three years and I continue to be impressed!

We called Innovative Basement Authority to come and give us a quote for repairing some concerns we were having with our foundation. Jan Kottke came to our home and conducted a very thorough inspection of our foundation. He explained to us that the areas that we had concerns over were not a significant threat to the integrity of our home and that we did not need any repairs at this time. Jan then took the time to educate me as to what I should watch for to maintain our foundation and know when to call them back should the need arise. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their home or even concerned about possible issues they may have. They will address your issues and give you honest answers.

On the day of our estimation appointment, Nathan Brand contacted us to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He first explained the estimation process and then invested a considerable amount of time investigating and determining a solution for our foundation issues. He then patiently and thoroughly explained the repair estimation. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the foundation repair at this time but are grateful for the time Nathan invested for our estimation.
