The i-beams installation work got done in just one day (rather than two) and there were gratefully no complications. My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a basement or foundation repair.

Dion Rozummy & Nick Schmid arrived promptly as promised for a 2 day project. They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. The young men that you sent down to do the basement Noah A, Deion R and Mark F was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and explained what they did. Groundwork's came to my house today for an estimate of my steps and garage. The technician that came named Chaz went above and beyond. Showed me what was happening to my steps and garage. He explained the whole process that they would take to remedy the problem.He also help easing the mind by testing for moisture in my house. We had a great experience with the crew from groundwork on a waterproofing and channel installation. The team of Adrian J, Erik O. and Andrew G. Were courteous, mindful of the rest of the house as they hauled concrete back and forth, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The installation looks great. Adrian was really helpful on communication of the project and what they did and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The whole process from estimating, to scheduling, to the work was top notch – would highly recommend.
