My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!

We had a that was cracked and shifting. Groundworks came and installed braces to stabilize the wall. The crew that show up were Josh W., Chris S. and Robert P. They were amazing. The work was done in one day. I wish every crew I’ve had was a great as these guys. If you have foundation problems or basement issues, I highly recommend Groundworks.

It is not fun to have to fix your foundation but Matt D Adam B Caitlin H Tyler H and Travis S helped to make it less painful. They were easy going and personable, but also knowledgeable HARD WORKERS! As much as it can be honestly said, I enjoyed having them here working on my house. They were excellent at cleaning up every day, actually always just doing a very neat job.

Jeremiah T. and Dion R showed up and got right to work fixing my foundation and caved in floor. I'm really thankful for all their hard work and dedication on getting this challenging project done. They worked their tails off and were very professional. They were really respectful of my property and left the basement looking great. These guys did a great job! Bryce Jacovetti came out to our house today to inspect and assess an area of block wall that was a concern to us. He checked our garage floor and walls, walked the outside foundation, checked the inside lower level and main floors. He then set up a laser level and checked the main floor for level. It was all level to 1/4 “. Then Bryce took his laser to the wall that had the area of concern and checked that for plumb. That too was within 1/4 “. Bryce then gave his assessment and told me there was no cause for concern and did not meet a grade 1, lowest level of foundation movement. What a relief! My wife had a sleepless night or two, worrying about this. I can’t thank Bryce enough for coming out and Groundworks for being a great company! Would 100% recommend!

They were friendly and courteous, a great team. They cleaned up every day before leaving and left phone numbers if we had additional questions later. They also texted numerous pictures of their progress.

Andrew and Ben came out to my place to fill in below the concrete in my garage. They communicated when they were coming and then introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
