Mold Removal Sprays for Your Crawl Space

IBA installed a new sump pump for us in February 2024, and we’ve had multiple interactions with their team over the past year. First, Jade (the foreman) and his crew installed the sump pump on 2/12/24. Then, I believe on 2/29/24, Nick and another team member returned to trench outside and connect the discharge to the city system. A few months later, another crew member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) came out for some warranty work. Most recently, on 2/12/25, Devon T. completed the one-year maintenance. We recently had Groundworks perform sidewalk leveling and crack repairs at both Valley View Estates (Byron, MN) and Valley High Apartments (Rochester, MN) and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Several sections of our sidewalks had settled over time, leaving height differences of approximately 1.5–2 inches. Groundworks was able to lift and level those sections so they are now smooth, safe, and look great. A special thank you to Grant C. and Gabe P. for their outstanding work. They were friendly, professional, took the time to answer questions, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. It's always appreciated when a crew not only does excellent work but also leaves the job site clean and minimizes disruption. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, with minimal disruption to our residents. We hired Innovative Basement Authority to waterproof our mother’s basement and reinforce the foundation. Our crew was led by Dion Rozumny assisted by Jaden and Seth. They finished the job in four days in sometimes below zero temperatures with no complications. Dion communicated clearly and with uncommon forthrightness and the team worked extremely well together. But mainly they just worked really hard- harder than I’ve ever seen for this type of work. They were extremely polite and good natured but I want to emphasize how focused and dedicated they were as a team. They dug ditches in a snow squall with 40 mph winds and -10 wind chills without a complaint. These guys are really something special and I’m very confident about the work they did to secure my mother’s house as a result. The inspector even noted that this company and crew are known for doing superior work in a very respectful, efficient way. I strongly recommend this company and the all-star crew of Dion, Jaden, and Seth. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish!

The team came on the day and time expected, working continuously to get the job done and protect the other areas of my basement from work debris. They completed the job in one long day, taking away any leftover materials, etc. the work was finished early, and within the parameters of the work scope.
