We had a great experience with Innovative Basement Authority. A large crack appeared in the basement wall of our 1960s home. From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. They went straight to work and cleaned up well. I would recommend Innovative from start to finish for foundation issues!

If you’re on the fence about who to hire, this is your sign- these are the pros! My partner and I had our crawlspace encapsulated and our foundation corrected. The crew sent out to us were above amazing! Casey Bratholt gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was friendly and so very helpful with answering all our questions and getting back to us when we called. The team of three that came out were awesome! They went above and beyond with our service. (They even helped us level out our deck steps with some of the 2×4 we had from our crawlspace!) Leonard Starks, Anthony Heryla, and Michael Dean were amicable, informative, and hard working! They made sure the job got done right! The encapsulation looks clean, and it is easier to move around in! We already notice a difference with our floors and heating throughout the house. These men were so great to have, and we really appreciate all they have done!! If we could give a sixth star for Leonard, Anthony, and Mike’s service, we would! Give these men a raise for their hard work and dedication!

This review goes out to our Inspector – Kevin from Groundwork’s in the Twin Cities. My wife and I have a garage floor that is cracked and had sunk a bit, so we reached out to Groundwork’s and a couple of other local firms to assess and quote the needed repairs. Kevin appeared right on time and talked us through the Groundwork’s assessment process. For the next 30 minutes or so, Kevin setup their equipment and analyzed the root cause of the crack and suggestions for repair. We then gathered again to discuss what he found, why the crack occurred, solutions for both the short term and long term, and pricing for each option. This wasn’t a high pressured sales call, this was a team that came prepared to diagnose the problem and present solutions! While it’s too cold to make the repairs in the middle of a MN Winter, we’ll be calling on Kevin come Spring! Well done Groundworks!

My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!

Jake came over to do the inspection and was very thorough and professional. He explained what the problems were and gave us three levels of corrective measures. There was absolute no pressure on which to chose. We were very confident his choices.Hunter and Paul came to do the work. He told us what the project would entail and kept us up to date each step of the way. He and Paul were very professional and patient as we asked questions. We had one question Regarding mold and discussed it with Hunter and Jake. Jake said he would be in Grand Forks for an inspection and would come over and take a look. He and Hunter agreed on what they could do.Hunter and Paul worked so hard. When they were done he walked us though everything they had done and why. They were great.

Just had waterproofing work done in my basement. Got the best team I could have hoped for. The communication, accuracy of work/flawlessness of the completed project I could not be happier. Dustin Gaudette came today to do our first year maintenance check on our sump pump system and he did an excellent job! He is very personable and kind. Enjoyed talking with him very much. He found an issue with our sump pump caused by a tree in our yard and helped us resolve the problem and fixed the sump pump. We would highly recommend him and this company. Mark and Brandon were two employees who visited my home for the repair of a large crack in my garage and also caulking around the perimeter of partial of my outside house foundation. They are excellent. Friendly and not impatient with me with answering my questions. Brandon is a professional and cordial young man and presents himself well. Mark is exceptionally friendly and forthright with what the plan was. They could only complete some of the work due to my garage situation and he told me that. And was thorough with the notes at what had to be done. He explained that I will have to call the company to discuss a refund due to the fact they could not complete the original order due to my garage floor situation. I appreciate his honesty and explanation. The floor looks better than it did due to the minimal lifting of the floor they were able to do. They did an excellent job with caulking and sanding. Thank you Brandon and Mark.
