The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.

I really appreciated working with Innovative Basement Authority with securing my house in many ways (Piers, foam, beams, etc.) amounting to many different projects completed at this point. I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. They were very considerate of walking through every step, the risks, and the warnings with completing this job. I appreciated their customer centric approach.Foam – Basement – Mark and Andrew were great as well with the basement foam insulation. They too walked me through the expectations of the job and it was a very smooth process.I'm sure I have missed some people who are part of the process. I can tell this Company works as a team which is appreciated. I'm grateful to you all.I feel my house is in great shape to last the next 80+ years. Mostly, I believe I can count on Innovative to be there if there are any concerns in the future.

John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. John helped me set up my humidifier in the meantime to help with a moisture. I would definitely recommend John and the company ground Works.

My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!

He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the root causes of the problem, and spent more than 4 hours with us on site making sure we understood everything we had concerns about regarding our deck foundation and home. Pharoah, Will, Angel and Padro called 20 minutes before arriving. Will introduced himself and explained what they would be doing. The team started working. They were respectful as they moved from the basement to their truck covering the floor and minimizing the dust. The job was scheduled for two day but the completed it in one.

Superior workmanship and customer service above and beyond as always by Gregg P and Brandon S. Groundworks has always been excellent the multiple times for different issues we have used them over the years. Gregg and Brandon very much lived up to those standards. IBA installed a new sump pump for us in February 2024, and we’ve had multiple interactions with their team over the past year. First, Jade (the foreman) and his crew installed the sump pump on 2/12/24. Then, I believe on 2/29/24, Nick and another team member returned to trench outside and connect the discharge to the city system. A few months later, another crew member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) came out for some warranty work. Most recently, on 2/12/25, Devon T. completed the one-year maintenance. This review is long overdue for all of them! Every IBA team member we've worked with—including the estimators—has been outstanding. They have all been respectful, punctual, neat, thorough, and excellent communicators, keeping us informed throughout each step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend IBA and their entire team. Thank you IBA and your team!
