Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew! Our house was built in 1931 and I was fairly certain it was sinking. I called Brice at Innovative Basement and told him my entire long theory on what I thought was happening.He was incredibly patient and said that could be happening but quite unlikely, please let me take a look.He drove up to Duluth from Rush City and put my mind at ease when he said, this is super simple, you only need two supports installed.My vision of having to have the house lifted to the tune of 6 figures was put to rest. I had another company take a look and they agreed to assessment but wanted $2000 more for the work. I went with Brice and Innovative.Their crew of Steven W, Codi S and Zane came rolling in and I can say I don't think there is a crew that enjoys their job more, has more fun doing it and is incredibly professional, capable, respectful and put my mind to ease. They know what to do, how to do it and do it right. We had immediate results and I'm so grateful for the referral. I highly recommend them! Five stars for all of them all the way!

JP came over to help me understand and give me solutions on crawlspace that other contractors did not want to go into. He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. He spent a quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) taking all my questions/concerns and giving me feedback and answers that made sense to me. The work is some what extensive and he helped me get a great price. Just by the amount of time he put into getting me the right solution for a great price, I am excited to see the work and enjoy the completed solution.

Mark and Brandon were two employees who visited my home for the repair of a large crack in my garage and also caulking around the perimeter of partial of my outside house foundation. They are excellent. Friendly and not impatient with me with answering my questions. Brandon is a professional and cordial young man and presents himself well. Mark is exceptionally friendly and forthright with what the plan was. They could only complete some of the work due to my garage situation and he told me that. And was thorough with the notes at what had to be done. He explained that I will have to call the company to discuss a refund due to the fact they could not complete the original order due to my garage floor situation. I appreciate his honesty and explanation. The floor looks better than it did due to the minimal lifting of the floor they were able to do. They did an excellent job with caulking and sanding. Thank you Brandon and Mark.

My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!
