I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. They were very considerate of walking through every step, the risks, and the warnings with completing this job. We hired Innovative Basement Authority to waterproof our mother’s basement and reinforce the foundation. Our crew was led by Dion Rozumny assisted by Jaden and Seth. They finished the job in four days in sometimes below zero temperatures with no complications. Dion communicated clearly and with uncommon forthrightness and the team worked extremely well together. But mainly they just worked really hard- harder than I’ve ever seen for this type of work. They were extremely polite and good natured but I want to emphasize how focused and dedicated they were as a team. They dug ditches in a snow squall with 40 mph winds and -10 wind chills without a complaint. These guys are really something special and I’m very confident about the work they did to secure my mother’s house as a result. The inspector even noted that this company and crew are known for doing superior work in a very respectful, efficient way. I strongly recommend this company and the all-star crew of Dion, Jaden, and Seth. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish!

Chris answered all of my questions and explained everything his team would do during install. Then, Marcus, Logan and Goody did a wonderful job with install. They were on time and efficient, friendly and very respectful of my home. I would definitely work with them again!

My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!
