Our crawl space project was just completed (stablizing/jacking floor system and encapsulating the crawl space for moisture control). When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. We recently had Aaron, Ramon, and Hunter waterproof our basement. They were on time, worked hard, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They also stayed and addressed all of our questions and concerns without complaint. They did an all around great job on the project. Hopefully this system will take care of our seepage issues.

Chad and Drinor did a great job on my north basement wall. They waterproofed it by adding a interior drainage gutter, sump pump and sheeting. They also used beams that connect with rods to plates in the yard to support and straighten the cinder block wall. When finished they cleaned everything up and walked me through to explain everything they did. Thanks guys
