Impeccable service. The original representative who came out and gave us a quote was on time, Informative, educational and very helpful. The crew that came today to do the work arrived at the exact time they estimated. They completed the work in 2 1/2 hours and that included an add-on. They were efficient made minimum mess and cleaned up after themselves. Brandon and Mark were my crew. I would highly recommend them in the future. Mark particularly had a solution to raising the stoop, which was not something in the original quote that was added. We are very appreciative, recommend this service, particularly these two workers, and would use this company again!

I had a service call today for a recent sump installation from last Summer. I unfortunately had a poor initial experience with IBA and was half-expecting a similar experience this time. But I was very wrong. Ricky Oudekerk came to my house on time, took time to listen to my concerns and expertly diagnosed. On his own initiative he took the time to walk me through the sump system and its parts and explained what he was testing. I am new to Minnesota and to sumps generally, and this time was very much appreciated. It turned out I needed a new pump due to a bad component, and he diagnosed it and replaced all within a couple of hours. I was surprised and relieved by the experience. Based on this experience, I will consider IBA again for a future project. Thanks so much.

Groundworks has always been excellent the multiple times for different issues we have used them over the years. Gregg and Brandon very much lived up to those standards. They were patient, thorough and followed through during a somewhat confusing situation to get the job done well and take care of us. Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.

The concreate was leveled so precisely that I can now role over the transition from the driveway to the garage with my manual wheelchair which I could not do before.
