They were respectful as they moved from the basement to their truck covering the floor and minimizing the dust. The job was scheduled for two day but the completed it in one.

My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a basement or foundation repair.

The installers Isaiah McKeown and Chris Popouich, called us the day before and the day of the installation to let us know their arrival time. We walked through the project site and reviewed the contract. They answered all questions we had. As they installed the product, they were very careful and protect our property. After the completion of the project, they cleaned up and walked us through the project site. Both Isaiah and Chris were very professional and helpful. We had an absolutely positive experience from David, our salesman, as well as the crew. Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew!
