Ricky was the technician who came out for a maintenance visit for work we had done a few years ago. He did a great job explaining the inspection he did and the findings. I'm hoping we can work with Ricky in the future on any further work.

Our experience with Bryce was unparalleled; it was the finest service I have ever received from any company. He truly deserves a rating of 10/5 stars, and that is an understatement. We requested a free consultation to address several concerns regarding our foundation. Bryce took the time to thoroughly review each issue, ultimately providing us with complete peace of mind. His knowledge was impressive, and he communicated everything in a clear and understandable manner. He further distinguished himself by educating us on the signs and areas of our home to monitor, even looking a decade to 25 years ahead. Additionally, he helped identify other potential concerns, demonstrating his diverse expertise. I find these efforts increasingly rare these days. Lastly, I greatly appreciate his commitment in advancing our knowledge and enabling self-sufficiency, preventing us from spending unnecessarily money on service work. This reflects his genuine character and the company's values. Unfortunately, such integrity seems to be diminishing in many industries, where companies often prioritize profit over trust. The level of service we received far exceeded our expectations for a free consultation. It is because of this exceptional experience that we will choose Innovative Basement Authority for any future work and will gladly refer our friends and family. Thank you, Bryce, for providing us with a comprehensive understanding and complete peace of mind!

I would strongly recommend working with Jeremiah project foreman, Andre, and Dion as a construction team. The quality of leadership, process evaluation and workmanship is high – especially on high-risk, labor-intensive projects. End product aside, the gentlemen are all very kind, courteous, and thoughtful and it was an absolute pleasure working with their cohesive team over the course of an intensive week.

William, Angel, and Pharoah were so polite, thorough, and careful. The gave is updates and inspections every step of the way. The work was on my mom’s home in Springfield, MN. They were so kind to our mom of 87 yrs old. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend their business.

Chad J was an amazing inspector! I have a home in South Minneapolis with efflorescence and he walked me through all my concerns and then completed a thorough inspection. At the end he provided me with several solutions and example pricing. He was punctual, honest, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for basement work!

I own a business and everyone working on our project was amazing. We installed sumps and did waterproofing in two buildings. We had lots of unexpected surprises (all issues on our end not Innovative’s) and everyone had a great and friendly attitude and were flexible and worked with us to get our job done. Thank you Dustin, Ben, Nick, Dion and Seth for all of your hard work and help!

Had an awesome experience with these guys! It started with Casey coming over to give us a free estimate and to go over our options. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it an easy decision to go with IBA.The day before our install the foreman for the job Jacob D. gave me a call to let me know when they were planning on being at the house the following morning. The folling morning Jacob D., Michael B., and Lenerd S. Showed up ready to rock. Went through the plan of attack right with them right away and then let them do thier thing. The spacing of the beams for the basement wall even worked out where they were able to have one less beam. They did quick professional work and were done and loaded up by noon. Showed us everything in the walk through and everything looked great. Super happy to have it done and the guys made it a great experience. Thanks guys!

The team that worked on our basement were awesome!! The job was scheduled for 4 day but they got it done in 2! The quality of work looks excellent. They left the work site neat and tidy! They always had a smile on their faces even when the work was grueling! They deserved every chocolate chip cookie I gave them! Thank you Austin, Jason, and Noah!!!

John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. John helped me set up my humidifier in the meantime to help with a moisture. I would definitely recommend John and the company ground Works.
