Spent their time cleaning up and mopping, and took care to cover anything they could in plastic to keep dust off everything. This was my second wall to get fixed up by Groundworks and will definitely schedule again when it's time to get the other two walls done

We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way. From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. Dave Anderson came to perform a technical check up on the sump pump I’d had installed a few years ago. While doing so, he observed my basement had very high humidity, leaving it musty and prone to mold — he had a solution ready, and within the next few hours had me set up with a powerful dehumidification system which has since left my basement comfortably dry and the cleanest it has been since I bought the house several years ago! Thoroughly grateful for his service — he has been nothing but professional, friendly, transparent about pricing, accommodating, and genuinely interested in finding a workable solution to my situation. I’ve worked several times with many people from this company on my basement and foundation issues, and their customer service has always been professionally reliable and helpful; I would happily go back to Groundworks every time for all my future needs.

I had IBA install a mix of Intellijacks and carbon strips in on one of my basement walls. Dylan really hung in there on the prior project and came up with a workable solution for me — I felt he went far out of his way and demonstrated care that is rare.. During the yearly follow up for that work (which is holding up), it was identified that some Intellijacks for foundation beams would help solidify my house (the beams were wood and not large enough, so the house was shifting). Ricky did a great job explaining the situation and my options. He also spoke at length with me and took time to help me understand when I had questions and got confused. Jeremiah T and Mark F. did the work and were excellent. It was invasive work, but they were pleasant to be around, communicated clearly, were fast, and kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterward. No one wants to have this sort of work be necessary — IBA was recommended by a construction friend and I agree they are a good choice if you do need this sort of work. Professional, thorough, and guarantees included with their products and work.
