Brenden B., Tristan S., Codi S. did an exceptional job completing my Floor Tile System, and Wall Reinforcement/Vaper Barrier. On time, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, they kept me informed from start to finish! The three of them have a terrific camaraderie, and work well together. They had to break up the floor, so I didn't even notice they cleaned up so efficiently!! I would recommend the Rush City Office employees to anyone needing basement renewal!! Would 100% recommend this company for the services they provide. The salesman, Kendall, worked with me directly and honestly. He was very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process prior to the work being done. The Forman on site, Chad, consistenly checked with me on the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. He even worked extra when they were not getting the answers they needed to sign off the final paperwork.

We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

My concrete entrance to garage and house was shifting. It created a significant bump to get in the garage and a trip hazard to the house. To replace the driveway would have been a big hit financially. Groundworks was a great solution. They adressed the slabs and apron that were causing the issues. When they were done everything was level and the garage entrance was back to the slight bump that it was originally. The process was really cool to watch and the finished job was exactly what I was looking for. Great job. Thanks Marc and Brandon.

I had a service call today for a recent sump installation from last Summer. I unfortunately had a poor initial experience with IBA and was half-expecting a similar experience this time. But I was very wrong. Ricky Oudekerk came to my house on time, took time to listen to my concerns and expertly diagnosed. On his own initiative he took the time to walk me through the sump system and its parts and explained what he was testing. I am new to Minnesota and to sumps generally, and this time was very much appreciated. It turned out I needed a new pump due to a bad component, and he diagnosed it and replaced all within a couple of hours. I was surprised and relieved by the experience. Based on this experience, I will consider IBA again for a future project. Thanks so much.
