We called Innovative Basement Authority to come and give us a quote for repairing some concerns we were having with our foundation. Jan Kottke came to our home and conducted a very thorough inspection of our foundation. He explained to us that the areas that we had concerns over were not a significant threat to the integrity of our home and that we did not need any repairs at this time. Jan then took the time to educate me as to what I should watch for to maintain our foundation and know when to call them back should the need arise. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their home or even concerned about possible issues they may have. They will address your issues and give you honest answers.

We recently had Aaron, Ramon, and Hunter waterproof our basement. They were on time, worked hard, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They also stayed and addressed all of our questions and concerns without complaint. They did an all around great job on the project. Hopefully this system will take care of our seepage issues.

The crew from IBA did an excellent job on my foundation repair. Riley and his crew were hard working, professional, and courteous. I liked Riley's calm reassurance that they could repair my home. We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!
