My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a basement or foundation repair.

We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew! Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it.
