Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.

Had a great outcome on the finished product. Ty did an amazing job of identifying the issues and addressing them in a professional manner. He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.

JP came over to help me understand and give me solutions on crawlspace that other contractors did not want to go into. He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. He spent a quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) taking all my questions/concerns and giving me feedback and answers that made sense to me. The work is some what extensive and he helped me get a great price. Just by the amount of time he put into getting me the right solution for a great price, I am excited to see the work and enjoy the completed solution.

There was a few communication issues at first with the company but Andrew reached out and fixed the problem. The young men that you sent down to do the basement Noah A, Deion R and Mark F was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and explained what they did. Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to TO, Adam, Cory, Collin, Brandon, Austin, Adam F, and anybody I may be forgetting. Thank you thank you thank you.

Had an awesome experience with these guys! It started with Casey coming over to give us a free estimate and to go over our options. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it an easy decision to go with IBA.The day before our install the foreman for the job Jacob D. gave me a call to let me know when they were planning on being at the house the following morning. The folling morning Jacob D., Michael B., and Lenerd S. Showed up ready to rock. Went through the plan of attack right with them right away and then let them do thier thing. The spacing of the beams for the basement wall even worked out where they were able to have one less beam. They did quick professional work and were done and loaded up by noon. Showed us everything in the walk through and everything looked great. Super happy to have it done and the guys made it a great experience. Thanks guys!

My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!
