They worked well together and are a great group to work with. Their clean up was very good. Nothing let behind. When they left it looked like they were never here, except for the great job they did in our basement.

There was a few communication issues at first with the company but Andrew reached out and fixed the problem. The young men that you sent down to do the basement Noah A, Deion R and Mark F was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and explained what they did. They had everything done with in a couple hours and made sure all the mess and materials they had to use was cleaned up really good. Please tell them thank you from me for doing such an awesome job.

Our crawl space project was just completed (stablizing/jacking floor system and encapsulating the crawl space for moisture control). When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Zach was very easy to get in touch with and kept us informed during the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the work and the customer service of this company.

From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. Chad was awesome on service day. Answered every question professionally and explained the job before start. After the job was complete he explained everything that was done again and presented pictures during the process. Very professional. The only complaint I have was after getting the total quote, I asked for a breakdown of cost 3 times and didn’t receive it until the working day before the job was to start, roughly 2 1/2 months after the initial quote. I had an absurd mobility charge that costed 1/3 of my total job cost that wasn’t explained until service day. So it made it very hard to cancel with such a long wait for the work in the first place or try and get additional bids without knowing exactly what I was paying for.
