Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

He was very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process prior to the work being done. The Forman on site, Chad, consistenly checked with me on the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. I had a problem with water coming into my basement over a half sill wall, Dave Anderson came and diagnosed the problem. Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and did the job efficiently, neatly with proper clean up. Thanks and 5 stars for all.

Our house was built in 1931 and I was fairly certain it was sinking. I called Brice at Innovative Basement and told him my entire long theory on what I thought was happening.He was incredibly patient and said that could be happening but quite unlikely, please let me take a look.He drove up to Duluth from Rush City and put my mind at ease when he said, this is super simple, you only need two supports installed.My vision of having to have the house lifted to the tune of 6 figures was put to rest. I had another company take a look and they agreed to assessment but wanted $2000 more for the work. I went with Brice and Innovative.Their crew of Steven W, Codi S and Zane came rolling in and I can say I don't think there is a crew that enjoys their job more, has more fun doing it and is incredibly professional, capable, respectful and put my mind to ease. They know what to do, how to do it and do it right. We had immediate results and I'm so grateful for the referral. I highly recommend them! Five stars for all of them all the way!
