He explained everything that was needed to get done in great detail and in a way that was readily understood. Could not recommend him and this company enough.

On 12/4/25 the Rush City crew was out for 2 days to remove pavers & a ramp from the garage then dig up floor to make a trench to install anchors to the back of the brick wall which was bowed. Each of the crew (Austin F., Andrew W., RJ, Brandon & Dakota) was friendly & the foreman gave us constant updates on arrival times, access to garage, etc. We would highly recommend them for future projects.

We thought our window was leaking water, turns out it was cracks in our foundation Adam Johnson was the inspector that came out and walked over the process with me. He even came back a second time to answer questions my husband had in person. Very professional, very helpful, excellent customer service! The reality of leaking foundation and mold growing in our living space would have been much more overwhelming had Adam not been so informative and quick to respond. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

We had a great salesman Mike K, he was honest and knowledgeable, And an awesome crew Jeremiah, Jonah, Abdi and Ben. Extremely hard workers, honest, informative, and at every turn, even with changes they pulled it off! Thank you all for taking care of our basement and house, You guys are awesome 🙂 older homes are unpredictable but they pressed on and made it all happen.
