Mark and Brandon were two employees who visited my home for the repair of a large crack in my garage and also caulking around the perimeter of partial of my outside house foundation. They are excellent. Friendly and not impatient with me with answering my questions. Brandon is a professional and cordial young man and presents himself well. Mark is exceptionally friendly and forthright with what the plan was. They could only complete some of the work due to my garage situation and he told me that. And was thorough with the notes at what had to be done. He explained that I will have to call the company to discuss a refund due to the fact they could not complete the original order due to my garage floor situation. I appreciate his honesty and explanation. The floor looks better than it did due to the minimal lifting of the floor they were able to do. They did an excellent job with caulking and sanding. Thank you Brandon and Mark.

We just had a consultation by Logan J. to look over our basement and exterior grading; we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the extensive information Logan was able to offer us. He was up-front about what we should be concerned about vs what are just aesthetic issues, and was able to give us some guidance on controlling moisture in the basement. For now we’re having Groundworks lift some concrete pads around the exterior of our home and plan to use them to lift our front porch this summer or next. I definitely recommend getting a consultation from Groundworks (especially Logan if you can!) to get a good understanding of the state of your home’s basement and foundation with no pressure or sales tactics.

DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. His inspection included the inside of my house, the outside of my house, the driveway and the sidewalk. He discussion was to the point and very precision. You have one hell of an employee. Our basement wall had developed cracks in a couple areas and there was also a hard, white crust that developed along the grout lines of the cynder blocks. I was worried about this enough where I called Groundworks to see what they thought. Kevin, their inspector, arrived right on time and looked at the wall in the basement as well at the area outside of the house that's above this wall. When he was done inspecting, and taking many measurements with a laser, he gave a detailed assessment, with quotes, for improvements he recommended. Kevin was very polite and friendly and didn't try pressuring me with huge repair costs. He did a great job explaining what was taking place and developed an effective plan of action with me. I intended to get several quotes for this work but since Kevin's honesty was very apparent, I didn't bother.

We had a great experience with Innovative Basement Authority. A large crack appeared in the basement wall of our 1960s home. From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. They went straight to work and cleaned up well. I would recommend Innovative from start to finish for foundation issues!

They did an excellent job, communication throughout the work was awesome and they left the space cleaner than what it looked like before they arrived. All around a great experience and glad I went with Groundworks for this repair. I hope my home doesnt need any other work done, but if my home decides otherwise, I will be reaching out to Groundworks again for assistance.
