We had a that was cracked and shifting. Groundworks came and installed braces to stabilize the wall. The crew that show up were Josh W., Chris S. and Robert P. They were amazing. The work was done in one day. I wish every crew I’ve had was a great as these guys. If you have foundation problems or basement issues, I highly recommend Groundworks.

I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck. What a difference with this team, who were all so open and honest that I felt totally confident and comfortable working with them! Thanks, guys!

Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to TO, Adam, Cory, Collin, Brandon, Austin, Adam F, and anybody I may be forgetting. Thank you thank you thank you.

I don’t think that I can say enough about the results of my basement project and the perfect cleanup job. All of you took time to explain things and answered all my questions. Taking on a big project like I had was nerve-racking to think about, but you all put me at ease. I am so happy I went with groundwork’s And if I ever need any other projects to be done, I definitely will call you. Also, I would like to mention that the quote I was given was well below other people that I had quotes from. My house is in Chamberlain, SD. I contracted Innovative Basement to stabilize the foundation as it was tilting. The soil there is not the best. The crew from IBA did an excellent job on my foundation repair. Riley and his crew were hard working, professional, and courteous. I liked Riley's calm reassurance that they could repair my home. Well, this is the second time I’ve had groundwork’s come do a project, the first time, they waterproofed part of my basement, this time they finished it. I will let the past be the past, there is no sense in bringing up old dirt but I will tell you I was very skeptical about calling them again. I almost went with a whole new company to come in and just see what they could do so I didn’t have to deal with them again. This time around was so easy and so quick, the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and so kind. When John my sales tech came out, I think he was here for around 4 hours! While I drilled him with questions, he was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I would recommend groundwork’s to anyone looking to waterproof their basement!

If you’re on the fence about who to hire, this is your sign- these are the pros! My partner and I had our crawlspace encapsulated and our foundation corrected. The crew sent out to us were above amazing! Casey Bratholt gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was friendly and so very helpful with answering all our questions and getting back to us when we called. The team of three that came out were awesome! They went above and beyond with our service. (They even helped us level out our deck steps with some of the 2×4 we had from our crawlspace!) Leonard Starks, Anthony Heryla, and Michael Dean were amicable, informative, and hard working! They made sure the job got done right! The encapsulation looks clean, and it is easier to move around in! We already notice a difference with our floors and heating throughout the house. These men were so great to have, and we really appreciate all they have done!! If we could give a sixth star for Leonard, Anthony, and Mike’s service, we would! Give these men a raise for their hard work and dedication!
