I had a service call today for a recent sump installation from last Summer. I unfortunately had a poor initial experience with IBA and was half-expecting a similar experience this time. But I was very wrong. Ricky Oudekerk came to my house on time, took time to listen to my concerns and expertly diagnosed. On his own initiative he took the time to walk me through the sump system and its parts and explained what he was testing. I am new to Minnesota and to sumps generally, and this time was very much appreciated. It turned out I needed a new pump due to a bad component, and he diagnosed it and replaced all within a couple of hours. I was surprised and relieved by the experience. Based on this experience, I will consider IBA again for a future project. Thanks so much.

I had a problem with water coming into my basement over a half sill wall, Dave Anderson came and diagnosed the problem. Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and did the job efficiently, neatly with proper clean up. Thanks and 5 stars for all.

Treated my home and my family with respect and didn't damage anything, which not all contractors seem concerned about. Andrew and Ben came out to my place to fill in below the concrete in my garage. They communicated when they were coming and then introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
