I had Isaiah S, Matt, Jared and Josh come over and do a basement waterproofing project – they were helpful, detailed, explanatory, and prompt! They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

They were able to reuse the cement footings rather than pour new, which adjusted the price and saved us money. Very honest and trustworthy company. Definitely will use them for future needs and highly recommend.

Dave Anderson came to perform a technical check up on the sump pump I’d had installed a few years ago. While doing so, he observed my basement had very high humidity, leaving it musty and prone to mold — he had a solution ready, and within the next few hours had me set up with a powerful dehumidification system which has since left my basement comfortably dry and the cleanest it has been since I bought the house several years ago! Thoroughly grateful for his service — he has been nothing but professional, friendly, transparent about pricing, accommodating, and genuinely interested in finding a workable solution to my situation. I’ve worked several times with many people from this company on my basement and foundation issues, and their customer service has always been professionally reliable and helpful; I would happily go back to Groundworks every time for all my future needs.

We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. Superior workmanship and customer service above and beyond as always by Gregg P and Brandon S. Groundworks has always been excellent the multiple times for different issues we have used them over the years. Gregg and Brandon very much lived up to those standards. The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.
