Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. Had a great outcome on the finished product. Ty did an amazing job of identifying the issues and addressing them in a professional manner. He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.

I’m very pleased with Innovative Basement Authority and the employees. Our house is well over 100 years old and has needed the foundation stabilized. It was time for the yearly inspection and Jake Kinsella called to schedule. He also let me know on the day that they were coming. Jake Kinsella and Joe Carpenter thoroughly checked the placement of all supports and to see if there were more issues needing attention. They noticed the sump pump was due for replacement and recommended an upgrade to one with battery backup. That day, the sump pump system installation was scheduled. Brandon, Anthony, and Shane came to install the sump pump. They had contacted earlier to let me know when they would be here, so which I really appreciated. The old pump was removed and the new, state of the art sump pump system was installed in the larger hole that was made and it was cemented in. They had prepped the area to avoid an unnecessary mess and cleaned the area afterward. I appreciate how well IBA and employees communicate timely and appropriately. They explain in detail what they do and answer all questions. I have a great sense of peace of the mind knowing the basement is stable, safe, and will be protected from flooding

Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.
