The work itself appears to have been done well. One concern was dust control. We had planned to remove items in adjacent rooms; however we were told it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, there was more dust than expected. Overall, good work, but better dust containment would improve the experience.

They worked well together and are a great group to work with. Their clean up was very good. Nothing let behind. When they left it looked like they were never here, except for the great job they did in our basement.

I have not met someone as knowledgeable as Bryce in a long time. Strongly suggest calling Innovative and if you have structural problems no one will be able to figure it out like Bryce can!

Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. I had IBA install a mix of Intellijacks and carbon strips in on one of my basement walls. Dylan really hung in there on the prior project and came up with a workable solution for me — I felt he went far out of his way and demonstrated care that is rare.. During the yearly follow up for that work (which is holding up), it was identified that some Intellijacks for foundation beams would help solidify my house (the beams were wood and not large enough, so the house was shifting). Ricky did a great job explaining the situation and my options. He also spoke at length with me and took time to help me understand when I had questions and got confused. Jeremiah T and Mark F. did the work and were excellent. It was invasive work, but they were pleasant to be around, communicated clearly, were fast, and kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterward. No one wants to have this sort of work be necessary — IBA was recommended by a construction friend and I agree they are a good choice if you do need this sort of work. Professional, thorough, and guarantees included with their products and work.

The quality of leadership, process evaluation and workmanship is high – especially on high-risk, labor-intensive projects. Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.

Today Bryce Jacovetti from Groundworks came to look at a crack in the foundation of my house that was leaking water. He discovered that the water was actually coming from a city water main that broke causing water to go under the foundation. He was very helpful and worked with me to get the HOA maintenance folks over to try to shut off the water. The city maintenance folks have to come over to shut the water off because it's the city water line that is broken. In the meantime, he helped me with what are the documentation and evidence gathering to do for insurance purposes. I'm very grateful he was here to diagnose and walk me through this. Thanks again Bryce!

Just had waterproofing work done in my basement. Got the best team I could have hoped for. The communication, accuracy of work/flawlessness of the completed project I could not be happier.
