They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

Chris answered all of my questions and explained everything his team would do during install. Then, Marcus, Logan and Goody did a wonderful job with install. We were very pleased with his professionalism and quote, and even though we're not deciding to have the work done at this time because of expense, we would definitely recommend Grant to anyone looking to have major basement renovation done in the Bismarck or Sioux Falls area.
