Company was communicative, the employees that came to our house were respectful of our house, placed lots of covering on our floor to not damage main floor, work in the basement was done efficiently, quickly, and they were very thorough about explaining to us how the system worked. Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.

Wow! I feel like a new person because my house was saved by Innovative Basement Authority who fixed the flooding problem caused by rain getting into my basement. From the first contact, I felt cared about. When all is said and done, the terrible daunting problem of rain flooding my basement is now gone and I have to pinch myself to be sure it's real. Yes, this is a great great trustworthy company that really are heros for saving houses.

John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. I had a service call today for a recent sump installation from last Summer. I unfortunately had a poor initial experience with IBA and was half-expecting a similar experience this time. But I was very wrong. Ricky Oudekerk came to my house on time, took time to listen to my concerns and expertly diagnosed. On his own initiative he took the time to walk me through the sump system and its parts and explained what he was testing. I am new to Minnesota and to sumps generally, and this time was very much appreciated. It turned out I needed a new pump due to a bad component, and he diagnosed it and replaced all within a couple of hours. I was surprised and relieved by the experience. Based on this experience, I will consider IBA again for a future project. Thanks so much.
