Our experience with Bryce was unparalleled; it was the finest service I have ever received from any company. He truly deserves a rating of 10/5 stars, and that is an understatement. We requested a free consultation to address several concerns regarding our foundation. Bryce took the time to thoroughly review each issue, ultimately providing us with complete peace of mind. His knowledge was impressive, and he communicated everything in a clear and understandable manner. He further distinguished himself by educating us on the signs and areas of our home to monitor, even looking a decade to 25 years ahead. Additionally, he helped identify other potential concerns, demonstrating his diverse expertise. I find these efforts increasingly rare these days. Lastly, I greatly appreciate his commitment in advancing our knowledge and enabling self-sufficiency, preventing us from spending unnecessarily money on service work. They worked well together and are a great group to work with. Their clean up was very good. Nothing let behind. When they left it looked like they were never here, except for the great job they did in our basement.

After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way. I would recommend Groundworks Rush City and Ian and his crew without reservation! Thank you for the hard work guys, you worked your tails off for us, and it is very much appreciated. Had an awesome experience with these guys! It started with Casey coming over to give us a free estimate and to go over our options. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it an easy decision to go with IBA.The day before our install the foreman for the job Jacob D. gave me a call to let me know when they were planning on being at the house the following morning. The folling morning Jacob D., Michael B., and Lenerd S. Showed up ready to rock. Went through the plan of attack right with them right away and then let them do thier thing. The spacing of the beams for the basement wall even worked out where they were able to have one less beam. They did quick professional work and were done and loaded up by noon. Showed us everything in the walk through and everything looked great. Super happy to have it done and the guys made it a great experience. Thanks guys!
