June 2026: I called on Groundworks to lift my sidewalk in front of my home and fix a large crack in the garage floors. Ben came by and assessed the job and he was very thorough and assured me they could help. Mark and Brandon came by and within a few hours they had the job done. They even did some lifting as well as filling the cracks in the garages. I highly recommend this company. October 2025: Wyatt S, Brian K and Fernando P. Worked on my crawlspace. They completed a large structural stabilization and installing Encapsulation cover and dehumidifier in 6 days. They were very respectful, provided excellent communication each day and kept the space so clean. I highly recommend this company as the do exactly what they said they would do!

My concrete entrance to garage and house was shifting. It created a significant bump to get in the garage and a trip hazard to the house. To replace the driveway would have been a big hit financially. Groundworks was a great solution. They adressed the slabs and apron that were causing the issues. When they were done everything was level and the garage entrance was back to the slight bump that it was originally. The process was really cool to watch and the finished job was exactly what I was looking for. Great job. Thanks Marc and Brandon.

Had a tremendous learning experience from Jamie Stegeman a certified field inspector for GROUNDWORKS formerly known as Innovative Basement Authority. Jamie did a very thorough inspection of my basement walls based on my concerns over cracks I noticed in my basement block walls. Using state of the art laser equipment Jamie examined and charted out the various movement taking place with the basement walls. He walked my through the process of his diagnosis and showed with a tape measure against the projected laser readings where my basement walls were both in and outside of engineering structural tolerances. Jamie was very knowledgeable, and patiently and professionally explained a plan to permantently stabilize my basement walls. Thank you Jamie for your expertise and willingness to share your time to help me understand the value of safetly proteting my family for years to come. While inspecting the interior foundation, he noticed that I didn't have a backup sump system and provided a no-pressure quote.
