After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way. Jake came over to do the inspection and was very thorough and professional. He explained what the problems were and gave us three levels of corrective measures. There was absolute no pressure on which to chose. We were very confident his choices.Hunter and Paul came to do the work. He told us what the project would entail and kept us up to date each step of the way. He and Paul were very professional and patient as we asked questions. We had one question Regarding mold and discussed it with Hunter and Jake. Jake said he would be in Grand Forks for an inspection and would come over and take a look. He and Hunter agreed on what they could do.Hunter and Paul worked so hard. When they were done he walked us though everything they had done and why. They were great.

Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

We had a that was cracked and shifting. Groundworks came and installed braces to stabilize the wall. The crew that show up were Josh W., Chris S. and Robert P. They were amazing. The work was done in one day. I wish every crew I’ve had was a great as these guys. If you have foundation problems or basement issues, I highly recommend Groundworks.

Chris answered all of my questions and explained everything his team would do during install. Then, Marcus, Logan and Goody did a wonderful job with install. They were on time and efficient, friendly and very respectful of my home. I would definitely work with them again!

I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. They were very considerate of walking through every step, the risks, and the warnings with completing this job. I appreciated their customer centric approach.Foam – Basement – Mark and Andrew were great as well with the basement foam insulation. They too walked me through the expectations of the job and it was a very smooth process.I'm sure I have missed some people who are part of the process.
