Taking on a big project like I had was nerve-racking to think about, but you all put me at ease. They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. We had an absolutely positive experience from David, our salesman, as well as the crew. Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew! After the encapsulation, I might even venture into our clean, non-musty smelly, critter free crawlspace! I am most excited for warmer floors!! Whoop, whoop!

We thought our window was leaking water, turns out it was cracks in our foundation Adam Johnson was the inspector that came out and walked over the process with me. He even came back a second time to answer questions my husband had in person. Very professional, very helpful, excellent customer service! The reality of leaking foundation and mold growing in our living space would have been much more overwhelming had Adam not been so informative and quick to respond. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

He was very honest and genuine about what problems he saw and offered solutions for them (like extending gutters away from the house and explaining how water could be getting in.) Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. This same issue had been looked at by another source a year ago with no resolution. It took Michael less than 15 minutes to assess and find the problem. He explained everything to me and had it resolved that afternoon. Beyond his repairs, I found Michael to be a warm and personable individual, taking time to listen and understand my questions and concerns. I appreciated his time and attention to all we discussed related to our home. He made the entire visit easy and pleasant.

We just had a consultation by Logan J. to look over our basement and exterior grading; we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the extensive information Logan was able to offer us. He was up-front about what we should be concerned about vs what are just aesthetic issues, and was able to give us some guidance on controlling moisture in the basement. For now we’re having Groundworks lift some concrete pads around the exterior of our home and plan to use them to lift our front porch this summer or next. I definitely recommend getting a consultation from Groundworks (especially Logan if you can!) to get a good understanding of the state of your home’s basement and foundation with no pressure or sales tactics.

I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck. What a difference with this team, who were all so open and honest that I felt totally confident and comfortable working with them! Thanks, guys!

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.

We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!

The people with Innovative Basement Authority have been a pleasure to deal with, starting with Jan and his assessment and thorough explanation of our options. Then came Brandon and his crew of James and Joel. They worked diligently and completed the stabilization of our basement in a timely manner and did a thorough job cleaning up. My only issue is that they forgot to plug my freezers back in after they got what they needed to in place. Thankfully, that was one of the last areas they did, so nothing was lost as I caught it right away.

He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. Nathan was very relatable and personable, and it was obvious that he truly cares about helping people through this process.

They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
