We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Although the crew was unable to complete the job we had expected, Andrew was amazing to work with. He kept us abreast of everything they ran across including what might happened if they moved forward. He was very informative and helpful. He also contacted other engineers to confirm his decision. He went far beyond helping us, he even assisted us in finding a sub contractor to rebuild the basement wall and sent them measurements and pictures of the space. He is working on getting our down payment returned. Devon and Dion were great to work with as well, friendly and hard workers. Would definitely recommend all three of them.
