Dustin R. (Foreman), Dustin B. and not Dustin- Kieren N. were tasked with coming to KY and putting multiple jacks and push piers on our house that has had a few additions in its 178 years. They were beyond professional, calling each morning to let us know they were on the way, keeping us apprised of any and all changes. The area for the jacks had to be dug by hand with limited clearance between the ground and joists. The 2nd day they worked in the snow and slush outdoors, in freezing temps hand digging overly saturated ground and muck. The last day was warmer with rain and water had to be pumped out to complete the job. Through all of this they laughed and joked, were cordial and respectful. The front part no longer has spongy spots and some gaps have closed or are much smaller. The work in the back part has us confident the house won't sink and fall apart. Great crew did a great job!!!!!

I had some bowing and cracking in my cinder block basement wall and Groundworks mitigated the issue by adding vertical bracing to the affected wall. I also had water leaking in which was caused mold issues so they also installed a new drainage system in the basement and sealed the walls to prevent water coming in. This treatment provided stability to prevent further movement. The braces were also adjustable to allow for further corrections which were included in the original work. Today, Michael Bowers came out to provide that follow up annual inspection and maintenance. He thoroughly tested the new drainage system they installed and took measurements to baseline whether the walls were stable. Michael explained everything to me and noted some other areas we should keep an eye on without trying to upsell me which I appreciated. He was friendly and thorough. I would recommend using Groundworks and give Michael a high review rating.

I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me the most was how detail oriented they were. They made sure everything was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners. Basement waterproofing is such an important investment, and having a team that truly cares about doing the job right gave me so much peace of mind. I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck.
