Austin T, Wyatt S, Zane H and Bryce J did a fantastic job on our basement house leveling project. They all were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to reuse the cement footings rather than pour new, which adjusted the price and saved us money. Very honest and trustworthy company. Definitely will use them for future needs and highly recommend.

John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. John helped me set up my humidifier in the meantime to help with a moisture. I would definitely recommend John and the company ground Works.

Nick S , Devon A , and Josh H did a great job. 1 day job. They were courteous and did what was expected. They didn’t seemed rushed, from what I could over hear and see, it seemed like they had a good time working together as a team. The foreman kept me up to date with any flaws they ran into. My bill estimate never changed, luckily! Very impressed with the work and our new sump pump.

Jacob D and Lenard S provided great service. Professional and friendly. Made sure I knew what was going on and answered questions. Treated my home and my family with respect and didn't damage anything, which not all contractors seem concerned about. I have some additional basement work that will need to be complete and I will definitely be using Innovative again.

We had our garage floor leveled and cracks filled and a basement wall waterproofed (gutter system with pump and wall seal) in Minneapolis in 2024. Both projects were done by people who take pride in their work and strive for the best outcome. Our garage floor was in sad shape, and Andrew spent extra time to get it as level as could be and filled the many cracks thoroughly. One side of the garage went up 4 inches to make it level again. As for our basement, Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did a great job installing the gutter system under the floor with the pump, drainage, and wall seal membrane that went with it.

Today Bryce Jacovetti from Groundworks came to look at a crack in the foundation of my house that was leaking water. He discovered that the water was actually coming from a city water main that broke causing water to go under the foundation. He was very helpful and worked with me to get the HOA maintenance folks over to try to shut off the water. The city maintenance folks have to come over to shut the water off because it's the city water line that is broken. In the meantime, he helped me with what are the documentation and evidence gathering to do for insurance purposes. I'm very grateful he was here to diagnose and walk me through this. Thanks again Bryce!

After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way. I would recommend Groundworks Rush City and Ian and his crew without reservation! Thank you for the hard work guys, you worked your tails off for us, and it is very much appreciated. Chris and Heather

Jeremy T, Dion R and Andre B did a great job with the installation of drain tile in my basement. They walked me through everything before and after installation. They left my basement clean and covered all of my personal belongings to keep them clean and safe.
