My concrete entrance to garage and house was shifting. It created a significant bump to get in the garage and a trip hazard to the house. To replace the driveway would have been a big hit financially. Groundworks was a great solution. They adressed the slabs and apron that were causing the issues. When they were done everything was level and the garage entrance was back to the slight bump that it was originally. The process was really cool to watch and the finished job was exactly what I was looking for. Great job. Thanks Marc and Brandon.

I had a problem with water coming into my basement over a half sill wall, Dave Anderson came and diagnosed the problem. Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and did the job efficiently, neatly with proper clean up. Thanks and 5 stars for all.

Wow! I feel like a new person because my house was saved by Innovative Basement Authority who fixed the flooding problem caused by rain getting into my basement. From the first contact, I felt cared about. When all is said and done, the terrible daunting problem of rain flooding my basement is now gone and I have to pinch myself to be sure it's real. There was a few communication issues at first with the company but Andrew reached out and fixed the problem. The young men that you sent down to do the basement Noah A, Deion R and Mark F was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and explained what they did. They had everything done with in a couple hours and made sure all the mess and materials they had to use was cleaned up really good. Please tell them thank you from me for doing such an awesome job.
