We recently had Bryce J. inspect our home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Bryce was thorough in every aspect of the inspection, taking the time to not only point out areas of concern but also explain what they meant and how to address them. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure all of our questions were answered, no matter how small or specific. His professionalism and dedication gave us complete confidence in the inspection process. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work and ensures you feel informed every step of the way, Bryce is the person to call. We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Gregg P and Randy W performed my warranty check in. They found a tiny hole in the pipe, took the time to replace the faulty part, and completed it in one day. I appreciate their attention to detail to ensure that everything is working properly.

We hired Innovative Basement Authority to waterproof our mother’s basement and reinforce the foundation. Our crew was led by Dion Rozumny assisted by Jaden and Seth. They finished the job in four days in sometimes below zero temperatures with no complications. Dion communicated clearly and with uncommon forthrightness and the team worked extremely well together. But mainly they just worked really hard- harder than I’ve ever seen for this type of work. They were extremely polite and good natured but I want to emphasize how focused and dedicated they were as a team. They dug ditches in a snow squall with 40 mph winds and -10 wind chills without a complaint. These guys are really something special and I’m very confident about the work they did to secure my mother’s house as a result. The inspector even noted that this company and crew are known for doing superior work in a very respectful, efficient way. I strongly recommend this company and the all-star crew of Dion, Jaden, and Seth. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish!

JP came over to help me understand and give me solutions on crawlspace that other contractors did not want to go into. He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. He spent a quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) taking all my questions/concerns and giving me feedback and answers that made sense to me. The work is some what extensive and he helped me get a great price. Just by the amount of time he put into getting me the right solution for a great price, I am excited to see the work and enjoy the completed solution.

Brenden B., Tristan S., Codi S. did an exceptional job completing my Floor Tile System, and Wall Reinforcement/Vaper Barrier. On time, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, they kept me informed from start to finish! The three of them have a terrific camaraderie, and work well together. They had to break up the floor, so I didn't even notice they cleaned up so efficiently!! I would recommend the Rush City Office employees to anyone needing basement renewal!! I'm extremely pleased with the outcome! Thank You!! 🙂

Dustin, Keiren and Jaden did a great job on the basement. There was a design concern upon arrival and Dustin brainstormed with me and the engineers to come up with a viable solution. There called ahead, kept me updated on the progress all along the way and took time to answer all my questions. I would use Innovative Basement again.
