Just had our yearly inspection of the work that was done several years back. Everything checked out great. We used to have water in the basement many times every year, but it has been completely dry since they installed the system. Dave Anderson checked it all out and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues that older homes like ours often have.

We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

Well, this is the second time I’ve had groundwork’s come do a project, the first time, they waterproofed part of my basement, this time they finished it. I will let the past be the past, there is no sense in bringing up old dirt but I will tell you I was very skeptical about calling them again. I almost went with a whole new company to come in and just see what they could do so I didn’t have to deal with them again. This time around was so easy and so quick, the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and so kind. When John my sales tech came out, I think he was here for around 4 hours! While I drilled him with questions, he was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I would recommend groundwork’s to anyone looking to waterproof their basement!

The installers Isaiah McKeown and Chris Popouich, called us the day before and the day of the installation to let us know their arrival time. We walked through the project site and reviewed the contract. They answered all questions we had. As they installed the product, they were very careful and protect our property. After the completion of the project, they cleaned up and walked us through the project site. Both Isaiah and Chris were very professional and helpful. I had a failing foundation wall and Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did fantastic work installing the intellebrace system in my basement. There was a slight miscommunication prior to the crew arriving but Jeremiah found a solution quickly, avoiding any delays. I now have a sturdy, safe, and structurally sound foundation again! The guys finished on time, cleaned up very well and answered any questions I had. Great work! I would definitely recommend to anybody experiencing foundation problems.
