The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.

Just had our yearly inspection of the work that was done several years back. Everything checked out great. We used to have water in the basement many times every year, but it has been completely dry since they installed the system. Dave Anderson checked it all out and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues that older homes like ours often have.

Service technician Michael Bowers came to our home for our annual inspection and to look at a specific issue we’d been having. This same issue had been looked at by another source a year ago with no resolution. It took Michael less than 15 minutes to assess and find the problem. He explained everything to me and had it resolved that afternoon. Beyond his repairs, I found Michael to be a warm and personable individual, taking time to listen and understand my questions and concerns. I appreciated his time and attention to all we discussed related to our home. He made the entire visit easy and pleasant.

DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. From the free inspection to the completion of the needed reinforcements, Innovative was professional, informative, and efficient. Wyatt gave us multiple quotes and options with thorough explanations of each. Nick S., Devon, and Josh showed up on time and finished the project earlier than we expected. They went straight to work and cleaned up well. I would recommend Innovative from start to finish for foundation issues!
