He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. He spent a quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) taking all my questions/concerns and giving me feedback and answers that made sense to me. The work is some what extensive and he helped me get a great price. Our crawl space project was just completed (stablizing/jacking floor system and encapsulating the crawl space for moisture control). When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Zach was very easy to get in touch with and kept us informed during the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the work and the customer service of this company.

I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck. What a difference with this team, who were all so open and honest that I felt totally confident and comfortable working with them! Thanks, guys!

The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.

Our basement wall had developed cracks in a couple areas and there was also a hard, white crust that developed along the grout lines of the cynder blocks. I was worried about this enough where I called Groundworks to see what they thought. Kevin, their inspector, arrived right on time and looked at the wall in the basement as well at the area outside of the house that's above this wall. When he was done inspecting, and taking many measurements with a laser, he gave a detailed assessment, with quotes, for improvements he recommended. Kevin was very polite and friendly and didn't try pressuring me with huge repair costs. He did a great job explaining what was taking place and developed an effective plan of action with me. I intended to get several quotes for this work but since Kevin's honesty was very apparent, I didn't bother.

I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me the most was how detail oriented they were. They made sure everything was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners.
