Will S , Adrien High, and Jaden went above and beyond on my contract. We very helpfuland informmative in letting me know everything that needed to happen and continue to happen after they left. Will informed me and was helpful when the salesman left out things i need to have done prior to their arrival.

I had the pleasure of working with Austin T,Wyatt S and Zane H and I must tell you that it was an overall AMAZING experience. They were all extremely respectful, very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions with ease and I could tell immediately that they actually knew what they were doing and not just reading a script. I will absolutely recommend these talented, hardworking and respectful guys to anyone I know with basement issues. Thank you very much Austin,Wyatt, and Zane. Hope we cross paths again and keep up the great work!

Great Company and awesome guys working on my house. Josh A, Robert P and Justin S did a great job stabilizing my home foundation. They were very knowledgeable, kind and some of the hardest working men I have seen in a long while. Keep up the great work. They gave me peace of mind that all was going to be great once they were finished.

Sinan was very professional during his visit with us while he described what it would cost and what the solution would be. He was very honest and genuine about what problems he saw and offered solutions for them (like extending gutters away from the house and explaining how water could be getting in.) It did not make us feel pressured at all to get it done and actually helped us understand the scope of the problem. Overall it was a great experience!

DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. His inspection included the inside of my house, the outside of my house, the driveway and the sidewalk. He discussion was to the point and very precision. You have one hell of an employee. Make sure you keep him. Thanks, Deb

Robert Palmer was very informative and professional. He took his time in explaining everything he was proposing to do along with background on how the houses were built and why we could be having the issues with water in the basement. I really appreciated that he was able to give me undivided attention, answered my questions, and was transparent about everything. Thanks Robert! I'm looking forward to having a dry basement and enjoying our joke for the next decade or so!

Dion Rozummy & Nick Schmid arrived promptly as promised for a 2 day project. They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. Kudos to salesman Dave, Kelly in the Inver Grove office, and especially Project Coordinator Courtney who was instrumental in guiding me into, and thru this very successful project! 👍🏻👍🏻 g

Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.
