We had Dion Rozumny, Nick Bartone, and Nick Schmid out to fix pillars that were sinking into the clay soil, and they did an excellent job. We were very happy with the entire project and appreciated everyone’s attention to detail from start to finish. Thanks as well to Logan Jacovetti for answering our questions during the estimating process. This was our second project with Groundworks, and we’ve had a great experience both times.

Andrew and Ben came out to my place to fill in below the concrete in my garage. They communicated when they were coming and then introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.

I enjoyed working with Patrick and then Isaiah McKeonn and Chris Popovich. They did great work. The concreate was leveled so precisely that I can now role over the transition from the driveway to the garage with my manual wheelchair which I could not do before. I will be contacting IBA again to fix our sidewalk which needs expert leveling next year. Thanks, IBA.

Taking on a big project like I had was nerve-racking to think about, but you all put me at ease. I am so happy I went with groundwork’s And if I ever need any other projects to be done, I definitely will call you. Also, I would like to mention that the quote I was given was well below other people that I had quotes from. Just had our yearly inspection of the work that was done several years back. Everything checked out great. We used to have water in the basement many times every year, but it has been completely dry since they installed the system. Dave Anderson checked it all out and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues that older homes like ours often have.
