LJ, Anthony, Kevin and Mike were amazing,! We didn't realize how poorly the basement had been left behind the plywood walls until this crew came to get it sorted. They weren't phased by anything, that level of confidence in a crew was so reassuring for us during this project. The work was done quickly and so thoroughly!

Jacob D and Lenard S provided great service. Professional and friendly. Made sure I knew what was going on and answered questions. Treated my home and my family with respect and didn't damage anything, which not all contractors seem concerned about. I have some additional basement work that will need to be complete and I will definitely be using Innovative again.

Just had waterproofing work done in my basement. Got the best team I could have hoped for. The communication, accuracy of work/flawlessness of the completed project I could not be happier. Even had a couple there’s things come up & that they already knew to take care of. Thank you so much Santiago, Thain, Dakota & Abraham. Three day project completed in basically two. Very hard workers & great guys. Would highly recommend this company with any waterproofing needs!!!

Abraham, Darius, and Thane were in my home on Monday. All day we could hear then laughing downstairs while they worked on our basement. They were clearly competent and very friendly, but it was the laughter that really got me. That's why the next day, when I had an event and had to go to the hospital, I was comfortable telling my husband to please tell them we were comfortable with them working there without us. Any team that gets along that well and enjoys working together that much is clearly comfortable at their work, and absolutely to be trusted. We had a blizzard after I got out of the hospital. Basement is so far so good, but I am super thrilled with their attitudes and commitment.

My recent work in my challenging basement was a wonderful experience…there were multiple challenges and shoddy work they had to deal with, and they did a fantastic job….the plumbing was bad, areas where pipes were not even connected…to say the least.Austen T,and his crew with Jason C,Noah B,and Blake C were top notch and hard workers, always kept me informed of their progress, day by day updates, answered all my questions besides explaining the structural issues..Can't say enough good things about your amazing crew..your lucky to have them and hope they continue on their journey with the company…On top of everything, the ice was a big issue also as I live on the side of a hill…Big applause to all involved.. definitely will recommend the company to anyone needing your services 🫵✌️👍🥇 💯🤝

I am very impressed with the technology Innovative offers to make comprehensive, long-term solutions for aging homes. My work crew, Marcus and Marvin, had excellent communication. ✨They were always on time, respected my home with protective barriers and clean up, and helped me understand every step of the process. They were also very kind to my curious kids. 😊

AJ Schmucker from Minneapolis came out not once, but twice to answer questions and provide me with information on both my garage and Home foundations. He did a thorough inspection and walked me through the process and discussed what would be entailed in the scope of work.

If you’re on the fence about who to hire, this is your sign- these are the pros! My partner and I had our crawlspace encapsulated and our foundation corrected. The crew sent out to us were above amazing! Casey Bratholt gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was friendly and so very helpful with answering all our questions and getting back to us when we called. The team of three that came out were awesome! They went above and beyond with our service. (They even helped us level out our deck steps with some of the 2×4 we had from our crawlspace!) Leonard Starks, Anthony Heryla, and Michael Dean were amicable, informative, and hard working! They made sure the job got done right! The encapsulation looks clean, and it is easier to move around in! We already notice a difference with our floors and heating throughout the house. These men were so great to have, and we really appreciate all they have done!! If we could give a sixth star for Leonard, Anthony, and Mike’s service, we would! Give these men a raise for their hard work and dedication!
