We just had a consultation by Logan J. to look over our basement and exterior grading; we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the extensive information Logan was able to offer us. He was up-front about what we should be concerned about vs what are just aesthetic issues, and was able to give us some guidance on controlling moisture in the basement. For now we’re having Groundworks lift some concrete pads around the exterior of our home and plan to use them to lift our front porch this summer or next. I definitely recommend getting a consultation from Groundworks (especially Logan if you can!) to get a good understanding of the state of your home’s basement and foundation with no pressure or sales tactics.

The crew from IBA did an excellent job on my foundation repair. Riley and his crew were hard working, professional, and courteous. I liked Riley's calm reassurance that they could repair my home. We called Innovative Basement Authority to come and give us a quote for repairing some concerns we were having with our foundation. Jan Kottke came to our home and conducted a very thorough inspection of our foundation. He explained to us that the areas that we had concerns over were not a significant threat to the integrity of our home and that we did not need any repairs at this time. Jan then took the time to educate me as to what I should watch for to maintain our foundation and know when to call them back should the need arise. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their home or even concerned about possible issues they may have. They will address your issues and give you honest answers.
