We recently had Groundworks perform sidewalk leveling and crack repairs at both Valley View Estates (Byron, MN) and Valley High Apartments (Rochester, MN) and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Several sections of our sidewalks had settled over time, leaving height differences of approximately 1.5–2 inches. Groundworks was able to lift and level those sections so they are now smooth, safe, and look great. A special thank you to Grant C. and Gabe P. for their outstanding work. They were friendly, professional, took the time to answer questions, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. It's always appreciated when a crew not only does excellent work but also leaves the job site clean and minimizes disruption. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, with minimal disruption to our residents. The quality of the finished work exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone needing sidewalk leveling or concrete crack repairs. Excellent experience from start to finish!

DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. His inspection included the inside of my house, the outside of my house, the driveway and the sidewalk. He discussion was to the point and very precision. You have one hell of an employee. Drain Tile and Sump Pump installation. From start to finish the service was excellent. David inspected our house, discussed what was needed, walked us through the estimate. David was consistently available for questions prior to the installation. Austin F., Dakota M. And Billy B. Were the installers. They were on time and communicated everything they were doing. They were polite, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable about the process. The installation looks great and the site was completely clean when they were done. I would highly recommend Groundwork’s and these staff for any work you need.

The concreate was leveled so precisely that I can now role over the transition from the driveway to the garage with my manual wheelchair which I could not do before. I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. They were very considerate of walking through every step, the risks, and the warnings with completing this job.
