He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. I had Isaiah S, Matt, Jared and Josh come over and do a basement waterproofing project – they were helpful, detailed, explanatory, and prompt! They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.
