JP came over to help me understand and give me solutions on crawlspace that other contractors did not want to go into. He helped me understand what's included in the solution and why its going make a big change to my home. He spent a quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) taking all my questions/concerns and giving me feedback and answers that made sense to me. The work is some what extensive and he helped me get a great price. Just by the amount of time he put into getting me the right solution for a great price, I am excited to see the work and enjoy the completed solution.

I had some bowing and cracking in my cinder block basement wall and Groundworks mitigated the issue by adding vertical bracing to the affected wall. I also had water leaking in which was caused mold issues so they also installed a new drainage system in the basement and sealed the walls to prevent water coming in. This treatment provided stability to prevent further movement. The braces were also adjustable to allow for further corrections which were included in the original work. Today, Michael Bowers came out to provide that follow up annual inspection and maintenance. He thoroughly tested the new drainage system they installed and took measurements to baseline whether the walls were stable. Michael explained everything to me and noted some other areas we should keep an eye on without trying to upsell me which I appreciated. He was friendly and thorough. I would recommend using Groundworks and give Michael a high review rating.

My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!

We were very happy with the entire project and appreciated everyone’s attention to detail from start to finish. On the day of our estimation appointment, Nathan Brand contacted us to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He first explained the estimation process and then invested a considerable amount of time investigating and determining a solution for our foundation issues. He then patiently and thoroughly explained the repair estimation. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the foundation repair at this time but are grateful for the time Nathan invested for our estimation.
