I had five competitive estimates from other companies but the guarantees, price, and options provided by Innovative were hard to beat. Since working with them, their customer service has been top notch.Piers/Beams – Lance and Kyle were the BEST. That was one intense job to dig up the basement and install piers/beams. They were knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious of the house, and personable to work with. They deserve 10 stars.Estimates – Thank you to Chris and Travis for the competitive estimates. Chris was always willing to work with me to provide the most competitive quote with good options. Travis has met all the challenges with insulation and foam. Thank you for all the follow up as well.Foam – Front Steps – Gunnar and Logan stabilized my front steps with foam. Impeccable service. The original representative who came out and gave us a quote was on time, Informative, educational and very helpful. The crew that came today to do the work arrived at the exact time they estimated. They completed the work in 2 1/2 hours and that included an add-on. They were efficient made minimum mess and cleaned up after themselves. Brandon and Mark were my crew. I would highly recommend them in the future. Mark particularly had a solution to raising the stoop, which was not something in the original quote that was added. We are very appreciative, recommend this service, particularly these two workers, and would use this company again!
