Had a tremendous learning experience from Jamie Stegeman a certified field inspector for GROUNDWORKS formerly known as Innovative Basement Authority. Jamie did a very thorough inspection of my basement walls based on my concerns over cracks I noticed in my basement block walls. Using state of the art laser equipment Jamie examined and charted out the various movement taking place with the basement walls. He walked my through the process of his diagnosis and showed with a tape measure against the projected laser readings where my basement walls were both in and outside of engineering structural tolerances. Jamie was very knowledgeable, and patiently and professionally explained a plan to permantently stabilize my basement walls. Thank you Jamie for your expertise and willingness to share your time to help me understand the value of safetly proteting my family for years to come. June 2026: I called on Groundworks to lift my sidewalk in front of my home and fix a large crack in the garage floors. Ben came by and assessed the job and he was very thorough and assured me they could help. Mark and Brandon came by and within a few hours they had the job done. They even did some lifting as well as filling the cracks in the garages. I highly recommend this company. October 2025: Wyatt S, Brian K and Fernando P. Worked on my crawlspace. They completed a large structural stabilization and installing Encapsulation cover and dehumidifier in 6 days. They were very respectful, provided excellent communication each day and kept the space so clean. I highly recommend this company as the do exactly what they said they would do!

They were respectful as they moved from the basement to their truck covering the floor and minimizing the dust. The job was scheduled for two day but the completed it in one.

On the day of our estimation appointment, Nathan Brand contacted us to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He first explained the estimation process and then invested a considerable amount of time investigating and determining a solution for our foundation issues. He then patiently and thoroughly explained the repair estimation. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the foundation repair at this time but are grateful for the time Nathan invested for our estimation.
