My recent work in my challenging basement was a wonderful experience…there were multiple challenges and shoddy work they had to deal with, and they did a fantastic job….the plumbing was bad, areas where pipes were not even connected…to say the least.Austen T,and his crew with Jason C,Noah B,and Blake C were top notch and hard workers, always kept me informed of their progress, day by day updates,answered all my questions besides explaining the structural issues..Can't say enough good things about your amazing crew..your lucky to have them and hope they continue on their journey with the company…On top of everything,the ice was a big issue also as I live on the side of a hill…Big applause to all involved.. definitely will recommend the company to anyone needing your services 🫵✌️👍🥇 💯🤝

Had a tremendous learning experience from Jamie Stegeman a certified field inspector for GROUNDWORKS formerly known as Innovative Basement Authority. Jamie did a very thorough inspection of my basement walls based on my concerns over cracks I noticed in my basement block walls. Using state of the art laser equipment Jamie examined and charted out the various movement taking place with the basement walls. He walked my through the process of his diagnosis and showed with a tape measure against the projected laser readings where my basement walls were both in and outside of engineering structural tolerances. Jamie was very knowledgeable, and patiently and professionally explained a plan to permantently stabilize my basement walls. Thank you Jamie for your expertise and willingness to share your time to help me understand the value of safetly proteting my family for years to come. Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

Jake came over to do the inspection and was very thorough and professional. He explained what the problems were and gave us three levels of corrective measures. There was absolute no pressure on which to chose. We were very confident his choices.Hunter and Paul came to do the work. He told us what the project would entail and kept us up to date each step of the way. He and Paul were very professional and patient as we asked questions. We had one question Regarding mold and discussed it with Hunter and Jake. Jake said he would be in Grand Forks for an inspection and would come over and take a look. He and Hunter agreed on what they could do.Hunter and Paul worked so hard. When they were done he walked us though everything they had done and why. They were great.

I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me the most was how detail oriented they were. They made sure everything was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners. Basement waterproofing is such an important investment, and having a team that truly cares about doing the job right gave me so much peace of mind. The quality of leadership, process evaluation and workmanship is high – especially on high-risk, labor-intensive projects.
