My recent work in my challenging basement was a wonderful experience…there were multiple challenges and shoddy work they had to deal with, and they did a fantastic job….the plumbing was bad, areas where pipes were not even connected…to say the least.Austen T,and his crew with Jason C,Noah B,and Blake C were top notch and hard workers, always kept me informed of their progress, day by day updates,answered all my questions besides explaining the structural issues..Can't say enough good things about your amazing crew..your lucky to have them and hope they continue on their journey with the company…On top of everything,the ice was a big issue also as I live on the side of a hill…Big applause to all involved.. definitely will recommend the company to anyone needing your services 🫵✌️👍🥇 💯🤝

At the end he provided me with several solutions and example pricing. He was punctual, honest, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for basement work!

Impeccable service. The original representative who came out and gave us a quote was on time, Informative, educational and very helpful. The crew that came today to do the work arrived at the exact time they estimated. They completed the work in 2 1/2 hours and that included an add-on. They were efficient made minimum mess and cleaned up after themselves. Brandon and Mark were my crew. I would highly recommend them in the future. Mark particularly had a solution to raising the stoop, which was not something in the original quote that was added. We are very appreciative, recommend this service, particularly these two workers, and would use this company again!

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.

They didn’t seemed rushed, from what I could over hear and see, it seemed like they had a good time working together as a team. The foreman kept me up to date with any flaws they ran into. My bill estimate never changed, luckily! Very impressed with the work and our new sump pump.

Logan explained my options to repair the water leaks in my basement and then explained the cost and benefits of each option, providing extensive information for the option that was recommended. The team came on the day and time expected, working continuously to get the job done and protect the other areas of my basement from work debris. They completed the job in one long day, taking away any leftover materials, etc. the work was finished early, and within the parameters of the work scope. All personnel were friendly and courteous asking for an inspection prior to leaving. I highly recommend this company and team.

I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck. What a difference with this team, who were all so open and honest that I felt totally confident and comfortable working with them! Thanks, guys!
