Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

Our experience with Bryce was unparalleled; it was the finest service I have ever received from any company. He truly deserves a rating of 10/5 stars, and that is an understatement. We requested a free consultation to address several concerns regarding our foundation. Bryce took the time to thoroughly review each issue, ultimately providing us with complete peace of mind. His knowledge was impressive, and he communicated everything in a clear and understandable manner. He further distinguished himself by educating us on the signs and areas of our home to monitor, even looking a decade to 25 years ahead. Additionally, he helped identify other potential concerns, demonstrating his diverse expertise. I find these efforts increasingly rare these days. All around a great experience and glad I went with Groundworks for this repair. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. My partner and I just purchased our first home and noted some concerns in the basement. Water intrusion, and a rotted out beam. We had another company come out and give us a bid but it felt like a sales pitch the entire time and didn’t actually provide us with the insight we needed to make an informed decision about our basement and how to proceed. Groundworks was the complete opposite! Our inspector Logan J. was phenomenal – he is so knowledgeable about structural issues and pointed out major red flags that the other company completely skipped over AND our home inspector prior to our purchase didn’t find. We are so incredibly thankful he came out and provided us with the understanding of how structural systems work and very clear ways we can remedy the situation. Because of Logan J., we have a clear plan and we know our home will be in great hands! 🙌

My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a basement or foundation repair.

My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!

Logan explained my options to repair the water leaks in my basement and then explained the cost and benefits of each option, providing extensive information for the option that was recommended. The team came on the day and time expected, working continuously to get the job done and protect the other areas of my basement from work debris. They completed the job in one long day, taking away any leftover materials, etc. the work was finished early, and within the parameters of the work scope. All personnel were friendly and courteous asking for an inspection prior to leaving. I highly recommend this company and team.
